What form of payment do you accept?
Payments are made at the end of your service at the front desk. We accept visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Cash as a form of payment. If a Vichy Salon Gift Certificate is your form of payment, you must present it upon services rendered. Personal Checks with a form of ID and phone number are also accepted.
What if I am running late for an appointment?
Our goal is to accommodate all our guests. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide the same services with a different designer than requested, or may have to be force to shorten or reschedule your appointment. If your appointment is shortened, it will end on time so the next guess will not be delayed.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable. If you find yourself unable to make it please call us within 24 hours. Guest that call in less than 24 hours may be charged a cancellation fee.
Why do prices vary?
As a result of the designer’s achievements, our professionals work at three different levels. While prices vary according to every stylist, all our designers are continually educating themselves to provide superior service.
Do you accept gratuities?
Gratuities are greatly appreciated by the staff and can be added on to credit card payments. Or every stylist also has their own envelopes if gratuities are paid in cash.
Are children permitted in the salon?
Children are permitted in the salon. We are a family salon; although we do ask that children are supervised by an adult at all times to accommodate the comfort of other guests and for the children’s safety.
Do I have to book my next appointment when I leave?
We do encourage booking your next appointment to ensure availability with the designer of your choice at a time and date that is convenient for you. We will be happy to schedule any changes for you if needed.
Can I return my retail purchase?
Yes. We allow you to return an unopened product within 14 days for an in store credit or an exchange. If the product has been opened, it must be exchanged within 7 days.
Policies
Cancellation
At Vichy Salon we do require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment we reserve the right to bill you 50% of the service cost to you, or charge it to your account or card.
Wedding Parties / Events
Vichy Salon requires a deposit and or credit card when booking any wedding party or event of five people or more.
Cancellation of wedding parties requires at least 2 weeks in advance. Changes or cancellations of the wedding day should be done at least 48 hours in advance, or you maybe charged one half the cost of a service for each cancellation.
